A host who knows everyone.
Weave gets to know what everyone in your community is working on and looking for, then makes warm introductions — with a reason, and only when both people say yes.
Members: sign in with the email your organizer has for you, or use the invite link they sent.
A short conversation, then introductions that make sense.
No forms, no swiping, no app-store download. Weave meets people on the web, by email, and by text message.
Weave gets to know you
A few minutes of conversation about what you're working on, what you need, and what you can offer. You can update your "right now" line any time.
It proposes introductions, with reasons
Weave reads the whole community — not just keywords — and explains why two people should talk. Each proposal is private to the person asked.
Both say yes, then one message to you both
Contact details are shared only after a double opt-in — by email, or by text if you've asked for texts. Reply all and the thread is yours. Afterwards Weave asks a simple question: did you meet?
Your community, with a host that never sleeps.
Paste your attendee list, send the welcome email, and Weave takes it from there — before, during, and after the gathering.
Group weaves
"Weave groups of six, up to twelve groups, with the goal of…" Weave proposes tables, invites people, and confirms once enough say yes.
Ask Weave about your community
How is the network doing? Who's looking for funding? Who hasn't been introduced yet? Which projects are gathering steam? Ask in plain language — no dashboard required.
Campaigns and nudges
Run an introduction campaign around a theme, send event-eve and follow-up notes in Weave's voice — by email or text — and see who met whom.
Your community's home
Schedule, venue, and event info in one place, with your logo alongside Weave's. Works as a web app on any phone — nothing to install.
Members ask, Weave answers — with the source
Everything you publish — schedule, venue, event info, your community agreements — becomes something members can simply ask about, in the app or by text: "What time does Saturday start?" gets the answer and where it came from. Questions nobody could answer show up in your Organizer tab, so you know what to write down next.
Community agreements
Ask new members to read and accept your agreements before they're in, and keep a record of who accepted which version and when. Existing members are never interrupted.
Email your members
Write to everyone, a group, or just the people you pick — what's coming up, a recap, a thank-you. It arrives from your community's name, replies come straight back to you, and each member's own email settings are always respected. Every organizer has it, whatever the plan.
Arrive already connected
People onboard from the welcome email. Introductions begin weeks out, so the first day starts with real conversations instead of name badges.
Find your people in the room
A time-aware community page shows your tables, your accepted introductions, and ways to reach each other — right now.
Keep the threads alive
Follow-ups, "did you meet?" loops, and a living "right now" line mean the community keeps weaving long after the venue empties.
The things your members are building, on the same page as the people.
Anyone in a community can put up a Project — a venture, an initiative, an organization — with its purpose, its people, and a page of its own. Others ask to join; the project's admins let them in.
- A card in every community that lists it, showing who's part of it and their role — so members find each other's work, not just each other.
- Projects can be looking for something too. "We're looking for…" or "We'd love to create…" sits on the project page just like a person's "right now" line, and Weave weaves toward it.
- Weave keeps it in mind. Project pages are part of what Weave knows when it proposes introductions, and it will suggest projects worth joining alongside people worth meeting.
- Organizers stay in charge. Projects appear at once, wait for your approval, or stay off — your choice per community.
See where your people are — roughly, and only if they say so.
Switch People to Map and your community appears as dots and clusters. Find who's nearby before a gathering, see who's in the city you're visiting, or spot the place where a meetup would fill a room.
- Opt-in, community by community. Members choose whether to appear on each community's map — new members are asked once, at the end of onboarding — and one tap takes them off again.
- A town, never an address. Each dot sits near the middle of the town or city someone chose, nudged so dots don't stack. A city shows as itself; a small town is named only once three members are in it, and until then its dots sit at the county or state, so no dot points to one person.
- Tap a cluster to see who's there — where each person is and what they're looking for or offering right now — then open their page and ask Weave for an introduction.
- Same filters as People. Narrow to offers, asks, a single community or people you know, and the map follows.
Weave in your pocket, without an app.
Add your number and Weave can reach you the way a good host would: a text when someone wants to meet you, a text when you've both said yes, and a real conversation when you text back.
- Say yes from your phone. Introduction proposals, accepted intros, table invitations and reminders arrive by text. Reply YES or PASS and that's the whole job.
- Chat with Weave by text. "Anyone here working on soil carbon?" gets an answer, and an introduction if there's a good one — same Weave, same memory, no app.
- Ask about the community itself. "Where's dinner Saturday?" is answered from what your organizers published, with the source named — so nobody has to dig through emails at the venue door.
- Only if you ask. Texts are opt-in: add your number, confirm it with a code, choose what you want texted about, and reply STOP any time.
Your own network, with a host who remembers.
Being part of a community on Weave is always free. Weave Personal is for the person: keep track of everyone you know — not only the people your communities brought you — and let Weave carry more of the load.
- Import your LinkedIn connections and your contacts into your own private network on Weave, and see who's already here. When someone you know joins later, Weave tells you.
- Up to 100 messages a day with Weave, in every community you're part of.
- Yours alone. Your organizers never see it, the people in it are never told, and nothing you've added goes away if you stop.
Sign in and tell Weave what you're here for.
Use the email your organizer has for you, or the invite link they sent. Weave will say hello, ask a few questions, and start looking for the people you should meet — on the web, by email, or by text if you'd like.
- Every introduction is double opt-in.Nobody gets your email, phone, or WhatsApp until you've both said yes.
- Your conversations with Weave are private.Organizers see who met whom, not what you said.
- Your data is yours.Export everything as Markdown, CSV, or JSON, or delete your account, any time. We never sell data.
- Only the email and texts you want.Everything, only introductions, or nothing — one click from any message, or reply STOP to any text.
